Join The Roster
Sign a simple contract and become a part of our team of photographers. Take clients when it suits you, and leave the team whenever you want — no notice, no pressure. We just work to keep your calendar full without you ever having to chase a single client.
We Find You A Client
We run the ads, handle the DMs, do the sales call, and close the booking. You don't lift a finger. Once it's confirmed and the deposit is collected, we reach out to you with the details.
Your Rate. Never Less.
We charge clients your rate plus our finder's fee on top. We don't take a cut out of your price. Meaning, you always walk away with exactly what you would have charged yourself — at minimum. And as we're able to command higher prices in the market, both sides earn more — together. Simple as that.
Connect With The Client
You reach out directly to the client to align on the creative vision — locations, style, what to wear, what to expect. This is your shoot, so you run the pre-shoot conversation however you work best.
Show Up And Shoot
The client is prepped, the contract is signed, the deposit is collected. You just have to show up and do what you do.
Deliver The Gallery
Edit your shots, make them yours, and deliver a gallery you're proud of. This is where your work speaks for itself.
Get Paid
Within 3 business days of confirmed delivery, your full rate lands in your account. Every time, no deductions, no waiting.

This isn't charity — it works for both of us.
Here's what's in it for me.
On every booking I bring you, I take a finder's fee — added on top of your base rate, not taken out of it. So if you normally charge $100 for a session, I charge the client $100 plus my finder's fee. You get your $100. I get my finder's fee. You never see less than what you would have made on your own.
If I can sell the session for more — say $150 — I still only take my finder's fee of the total. That means you earn more too. The better I get at selling and the better you get at photography, the more we both make. We grow together.
And the most important part: I don't make a single dollar unless I actually get you a client. My incentive is entirely aligned with yours.

You're not giving up on your own brand. Continue posting, marketing, and taking your own clients on the side. This arrangement is non-exclusive by design and can only add to what you're already doing.
No fixed schedule
We confirm availability with you before every booking — nothing gets locked in without your say. Take as much or as little as fits your life.
Your earnings grow as we grow
As the agency books more, you book more. And as we're able to command higher prices in the market, both sides earn more — together.
